Susan has been using EMDR extensively with children and adults over the past 25 years.  She is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Trainer and for 12 years was an EMDR Institute Facilitator.  Susan has an extensive background in working with addictions.  She has provided training nationally and internationally on specialty topics related to addiction and helped design one of the first women's chemical dependency treatment programs in the country.  She served as Co-coordinator for the EMDRIA-MN Regional Network for nine years.  Susan has provided consultation to the Fairfield County Trauma Network and therapists treating first responders of the Newtown massacre and EMDR Therapists post Hurricane Katrina.  She also provided services to numerous survivors of the 1-35 Bridge collapse.  Susan has provided pro bono consultation and small group training through the Trauma Recovery/EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Program.

Patti has been in practice for over 20 years working with adolescents and adults, specializing in the treatment of complex trauma and PTSD.  She has had extensive training in EMDR, Sensory Motor Psychotherapy, Narrative and Competency based therapies.  She provides consultation to other professionals both individually and through professional consultation groups.  She is the co-founder of the Collaborative, LLC and Co-Authored the intensive training modality called AIR (Adaptive Internal Relational) Network Therapy since 2015.
